From Ebute Lekki in Lagos, Nigeria, where suppliers (fishermen), middlewomen (fishmongers), and customers are all within 10 feet of each other to the Seychelles where Jerry and Leopold deliver fish to the shores of resorts to Split, Croatia, where before the crack of dawn, fishmongers are washing, scaling, and stacking up fresh seafood from the Adriatic Sea at the historic Split fish market. This project focuses on the middlemen and middlewomen. The purveyors of fish. The mom-and-pop agents of the fishing industry. The fishmongers.
