'Detachment', represents two human figures that appear to be fading into the background- one holding a Molotov cocktailesque object in his right arm while the other turns his back on him. It is an exploration of the ambivalence (read: conflict) that tends to cloud the internal/external selves as in "should i be doing it" versus "fuck it. here goes". Furthermore, 'Detachment' seeks to comment on the conflict hand-to-mouth "husslers" might be facing in terms of surviving COVID-19: do they stay in their homes without food or do they go out and fight the cops on their way to the bag (and food)?
