SNS is looking for a new member to join the family. 

As the Buying Admin Manager you will be a vital player within the wider buying team being responsible for the back-end of buying such as product data and purchase order creation. You will manage a team of 3-4 people. The role is a global position meaning you and your team will manage all buying administration for our three regions; Europe, USA and Japan.

You will be based at the SNS World HQ in Stockholm reporting to Head of Buying.

Primary work tasks and areas of responsibility:

  • Lead and motivate the team 
  • Ensure that purchase orders (PO's) and return to vendor orders (RTV’s) are created and maintained in a correct and timely manner
  • Ensure that the outstanding orderbook is complete and accurate 
  • Be responsible for the product managemnt system (PIM). 
  • Ensure that all products have the correct and full information in the product database. 
  • Communicate with suppliers back office functions on order movements such as delays and changes in hard launch dates, price changes etc. 
  • Communicate with warehouses and other functions regarding changes to PO’s and products 
  • Key contact with finance for Invoice/PO matching/RTV’s 
  • Lead new improvement projects to push efficiency and accuracy

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role

Key competencies needed:

  • Fluency in English. Experience in MS Office with advanced level of MS Excel 
  • Experience in MS Navision, Power BI and Business Central is meriting 
  • Familiarity with purchase, PIM and inventory IT systems
