Jump Ball takes viewers on a journey across the diaspora, in an effort to highlight components of tradition. These elements reflect Africa’s diverse collection of cultural experiences, religions, values, etc. Somalia, Ghana, Ethiopia,Nigeria, Congo, and Senegal reflect a large portion of the African Diaspora in Toronto, and it goes without saying that the foundation is rich. With the emergence of basketball in Africa, and the unity formed on the basketball courts globally, this project spoke volumes for several people!
